Remove the cover before cleaning and follow the instructions on its care label. Do not put the memory foam in the washing machine. Spot-clean the foam and let it dry fully before replacing the cover.
Keep the gray sleeping surface facing up. Rest your head in the center dip, with the raised edge beneath your neck. Start with the lower side. For more height, rotate the pillow left to right so the higher side faces you. Do not flip it upside down.
