1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that processing times may occasionally be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Estimated shipping windows:

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that all shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment confirmation as carriers process and scan packages through their systems.


4. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier backlogs

  • Customs processing

  • Severe weather conditions

  • High seasonal shipping demand

  • Logistics disruptions

Revielle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or external transit disruptions.


5. LOST, MISSING, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Double-checking the shipping address provided at checkout

  • Looking around entrances, porches, mailrooms, or secure delivery areas

  • Checking with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the package

If your package is still missing after 24 hours from the marked delivery time, please contact our support team at support@revielleco.com and we will do our best to assist you in opening a carrier investigation.


6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, including apartment numbers and postal codes, are accurate at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@revielleco.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipping address, and Revielle cannot guarantee replacement or refund eligibility for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities, are not included in our product or shipping prices, and remain the responsibility of the customer.
