That is why every Revielle pillow is backed by our 45-Night Better Morning Guarantee. If your Revielle experience is not meeting your expectations, our support team is here to help.
45-Night Better Morning Guarantee
We offer a 45-night return window, meaning you have 45 nights after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Because Revielle is designed to provide a different level of sleep support than traditional pillows, we strongly recommend trying your pillow for at least 7 nights before requesting a return. Many customers find their body needs a short adjustment period as it adapts to improved neck and sleep alignment.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or refund review:

Your item must be purchased directly from Revielle

Your request must be submitted within 45 nights of delivery

Proof of purchase is required

The item must not show excessive damage, misuse, or intentional abuse

Customers may be asked to provide photos of the product and a brief explanation of their experience
Revielle reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, excessive refund behavior, or misuse of this policy.

If your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@revielleco.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Refund Timing
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
